  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undisturbed.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
